Down Payments/Deposits

 

KINSLAGER accepts deposit/down payment to secure your piece of merchandise, fabric or design. 

 

However, such deposit/down payment is non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event you do not follow up with your order after the expiration of 60 days. 

 

KINSLAGER has no obligation to remind you on the said time line as you are fully responsible for the same. The given deposit/down payment is non-transferrable and cannot be used for any other purpose. .

 

 

Standard Product

 

KINSLAGER reserves the right to define any product category as a standard. Any deviation from this standard may draw extra charges for the customer. KINSLAGER will inform the customer regarding these charges before the final billing but the customer has no right to demand any "standard" based on any former transactions.

 

Estimated Fitting Date/Delivery Date

 

If you order in-store or from any other outlet, pop-up store or any other way of buying from KINSLAGER, the order sheet given to our customer contains an estimated "Fitting Date" and an estimated "Delivery Date". 

 

As the fitting process can be a delicate and time consuming process with may require more than one round of fitting, these estimated dates are non-binding on KINSLAGER and do not constitute any guarantee by KINSLAGER that the product will be ready for fitting or delivery on the dates indicated. 

 

Any delay on the estimated date does not constitute any breach of the contract by KINSLAGER and KINSLAGER’s customer shall have no rights to demand any kind of compensation or refund, whether in full or in parts from KINSLAGER. 

 

Error in pricing or typographical error

 

While the information provided is believed to be accurate, it may include errors or inaccuracies.

 

In case that the Site contains any incorrect price or incorrect information due to any typographical error or otherwise, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed by you. 

 

In the event your credit card has already been charged for your such purchase with error in pricing,  Kinslager shall process a refund to your credit card account.
