SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship as follows:

Up to 3 working days for all stocks on hand
For all individual orders / tailor made orders up to 3 working days after the product is finished - Ensure that you get a feedback from us how long it may take to manufacture your ordered item(s)

All shippings are "ex-works" that means that we ship from our production location / warehouse direct to you. The moment we hand over the ordered product to the shipper the risk of loss goes over to the customer who purchased it.

We only insure a shipping if this is pre-agreed in writing and the cost is paid upfront.
