All you need to know in case you think of returning an item - Please read this before you purchase

RETURN POLICY

How do we handle returns?

 

  • Tailor Made and/or individual orders cannot be returned and are not subject to any refund. These are individual pieces, made personally for the purchaser only. This is also applicable for all garments purchased off the rack and adjusted in any way. 

  • All standard accessories non tailor-made and non individual items can be returned up to 2 weeks after the customer received the item as long as no adjustments have been made. In our case the date is when we hand over the item to the courier or in case of self pick up not later than 3 days after the product is ready for collection. The  items have to be unworn and/or unwashed and in re-sellable condition. If we receive them back in a non-original condition, we reserve the right not to reimburse or to deduct a reasonable amount here. We will be fair and reasonable to you so please be fair and reasonable too us as well.

  • If you intend to return, you have to ship it to the address further down on your own cost

We have a strict no re-fund policy. That means after you returned, you can only purchase something with the same or less value respectively you can request a voucher. There is no cash refund available.
