How do we handle returns?
Tailor Made and/or individual orders are not returnable. They are unique pieces and hence cannot be returned
All standard accessories non tailor-made and non individual items can be returned up to 2 weeks after the customer received the item. In our case the date is when we hand over the item to the courier or in case of self pick up not later than 3 days after the product is ready for collection. The items have to be unworn and/or unwashed and in re-sellable condition. If we receive them back in a non-original condition, we reserve the right not to reimburse or to deduct a reasonable amount here. We will be fair and reasonable to you so please be fair and reasonable too us as well.
If you intend to return, you have to ship it to the address further down on your own cost
We have a strict no re-fund policy. That means after you returned, you can only purchase something with the same or less value respectively you can request a voucher.
